Yes, when you sign a contract -- which outlines the terms, including hours, pay and dates -- you are committed to fulfilling the terms of the contract.

Yes! Working assignments give you exposure to best practices at different facilities and demonstrate your willingness to learn and your ability to adapt to different work environments and cultures.

Midway through your assignment, you and your advisor will discuss whether you'd like to sign up for another assignment at the same facility or explore other job opportunities. We aim for as much lead time as possible so you can make plans that work best for you!

Orientation varies from facility to facility and generally involves online modules prior to starting, some classroom time to review the facility's HR policies and EMR set up, followed by clinical orientation on the unit.

It replaces receipt-based reimbursement with standardized rates (often based on federal guidelines), simplifying expense management. When paid within approved limits for legitimate business travel, per diem payments are typically tax-free.

Clover will reimburse up to $200 yearly for compliance, and any medicals can be scheduled directly by our compliance team - so it will be free of cost for you! We have a large network of clinics to utilize, keeping the process as convenient as possible.

Requirements vary depending on the state and the facility. If you’re extending at the same facility, usually only an annual physical is required (in addition to keeping your license/certifications current). If you are switching to a new assignment or facility, you may need to complete updated drug screens, physicals, or other facility-specific paperwork. The Compliance Team will guide you through every step.

Onboarding requirements depend on your position and facility, but generally include: • Current state license and certificates • Background check • Drug screening • Vaccination and employee health records • Physical exam • Photo ID • Degree or diploma Our dedicated Compliance Team will provide a customized checklist and help you gather everything needed for onboarding.

Clover will reimburse up to $200 yearly for compliance, and any medicals can be scheduled by our compliance team at a convenient local clinic.

Absolutely! The Compliance Team will notify you well in advance, 60 days before any document expires—and will assist with scheduling clinic visits, finding recertification classes, and submitting renewals. We’re here to help you stay compliant and maintain uninterrupted work.
